About Us

Founded in 2018, Victory for Venezuela is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the spiritual and basic physical needs of people living in rural areas of Venezuela affected by the ongoing economic and political crisis. Our mission is to bring hope and tangible support to communities in dire need.

Our Story

In 2018, we partnered with Pastor Javier Morillo and acquired a piece of land and a house in Palo Solo, Nirgua. This property served as a worship center, offering a safe space for gathering, worship, and receiving physical and spiritual nourishment. Recognizing the importance of self-sufficiency, we also invested in farming equipment to teach the community how to cultivate the land and grow their food.

Pastor Morillo travels to isolated areas, often without transportation, to share the word of God and provide much-needed spiritual guidance. In 2019, we expanded our efforts by shipping boxes of food, medicine, shoes, and toiletries to those in need in Barquisimeto, Nirgua, Maturin, Tucipita, and Portuguesa.

Our Vision

This year, we aim to purchase a home in Tucipita that will serve as a Victory Center, the base of our operations, and a local community center. This center will provide a safe haven and a place to share the word of God. We also plan to build a playground and basketball court, and offer cooking, baking, and woodworking classes.

At Victory for Venezuela, we are committed to bringing light and hope to the most vulnerable. Together, we can make a difference, one community at a time.

Our mission is guided and inspired by the teachings of the Bible:

  • For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me. - Matthew 25:35-36

  • And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith. - Galatians 6:9-10

  • But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or tongue, but in deed and truth. - 1 John 3:17-18

These verses underscore the importance of practical, loving action supporting those in need, reflecting the heart of our mission at Victory for Venezuela. As you explore our site, we hope you feel inspired to join us in making a difference
